Maintenance Planned maintenance services are provided to care for and maintain all of your mission critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Detail reporting provides you the information required to make decisions on asset retirement and to making adjustments to improve energy efficiency and equipment life. Proper maintenance allows your facility to operate during the most demanding conditions and keeps your employees comfortable and focused on their responsibilities. Plumbing Service and installation on all plumbing needs including: backflow prevention, drain cleaning, repairs, water jetting, storm drains, camera inspection (color and black and white), grease traps, excavation, and replacement. Facility Maintenance and Operation / Staffing Available 24-hours a day, our outsourced, full-time facility management is available through Performance Building Services to allow you to be treated like a customer and not an employer. We provide our customers facility engineers that are trained on the safety and security of your facility so they can focus on maintaining the environment that you desire. Electrical We work with the best electrical contractors in the state. All of our subcontractors are selected on the basis of their experience to ensure you get the highest level of service. Building Automation From maintenance and installation to 24-hour monitoring and management, we make sure all of our customers have their required backup systems in place to keep their business running efficiently. Refrigeration The quick response time of our team has allowed us to work with many Commercial and Technology clients for refrigeration service and maintenance. Construction and Fabrication Services As a division of RK Mechanical, Performance Building Services provides finish work for projects from $100 to $50 million. |
